Tshwane Deaf Association (TDA) is an advocacy, non-profit organisation operating under the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality of Gauteng Province. It changed names to align with South African situations and aims to raise awareness on deafness and hearing loss in Gauteng.

To serve as an innovative, responsive, and dynamic developmental Deaf organisation that consistently ensures the protection and promotion of the rights, needs and concerns of Deaf people in Tshwane Municipality area and Gauteng in general.
